    The warmth and windproof effect are not bad, but it is not very dirt-resistant, and the version is okay. As for whether there is a target of 0 to -5 degrees above, I am not very sure. Most of the time I wear 4 clothes at work, thermal underwear + this down jacket (as an inner liner) + a jacket + a work uniform. I tried to take off the two pieces outside on the night shift before, standing outside, about 0 to -1, still a little cold, when you stay outside for a while, your body adjusts itself, and you get a body that is cold except for the body. Yes, this dress is a thin model, and you may feel that this one is so thin compared to other down jackets.
